Subject to these Terms, DionSys XR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

• Violate any law in your jurisdiction
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of DionSys XR or any third party
• Transmit any viruses, malware or other malicious code

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 DionSys XR Content

All content, features and functionality of the Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, software, 3D models and code, are owned by DionSys XR or our licensors and protected by international intellectual property laws.

4.2 Customer Content

During our collaboration, customers may provide content, materials or requirements ("Customer Content"). By providing Customer Content, you grant DionSys XR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt and distribute that content in connection with providing the Services.

4.3 Deliverables

Ownership of the final product will transfer to the customer upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in the specific service contract.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Quotations and Fees

Certain services require payment of fees. All fees are set out in the service contract or quotation provided and must be paid as agreed.

5.2 Payment Terms

Customers agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the service contract. Payments are generally made at project milestones or as separately agreed.

6. Warranty and Support

DionSys XR is committed to providing high-quality services. We provide:

• A technical warranty for deliverables (the warranty period will be specified in the contract)
• Technical support during the warranty period
• User guidance and technical documentation

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL DIONSYS XR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DionSys XR and our officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from:

• Your access to or use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
